As the Vice President of the Quit Smoking Cigarettes Organization, I frequent the Caribbean onboard The Quit Smoking Cruise, where I coach people through releasing their negative dependencies. Snorkeling has become a tradition in which people commemorate their transition into healthier worlds. It's a baptism in the warm turquoise waters of the Caribbean after which the quality of their life and those around them begin to improve.

The team gathers early for a good breakfast. The level of excitement appears to rise with the sun as everyone checks their cameras and gathers their gear. The sense of adventure is high in the air and everyone's thoughts are consumed by what might be waiting for them on the ocean floor. It's a great team building exercise because each member instinctively looks out for one another.
As the expedition commander I begin my day by ensuring that everyone has their gear, hasn't forgotten their camera batteries and that everyone makes it to the assigned muster station. Once on the water, I am responsible for overseeing the safety procedures and ensuring that no one gets left behind.
In the evening when the deck lights are dimmed, warm tropical breezes stir-up conversations about of the day's undersea adventures. Team members fire-up their laptops and share the images they captured far beneath the waves.
